• Do not discriminate based on race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Respect the rights and interests of all stakeholders.

4. Confidentiality

• Respect and protect confidential information.
• Do not disclose confidential information without authorization.

5. Conflict of Interest

• Avoid conflicts of interest.
• Disclose any potential conflicts to the Chamber.

6. Community Engagement

• Support local initiatives and community development.
• Contribute to the well-being of the Ridgefield Park community.

7. Inclusivity

• Promote an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed and valued.
• Encourage diverse perspectives and participation within the business community.

8. Collaboration and Support

• Support and collaborate with fellow Chamber members.

9. Online Behavior

• Represent the Chamber and your business with integrity and professionalism online.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle all interactions respectfully.
• Avoid engaging in or promoting negative, disrespectful, or harmful behavior.

Enforcement and Compliance

• Adhere to this Code of Conduct as a condition of membership.
• Violations may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.
